PRICES

The prices are understand per person and night, including heating, water, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Persons aged 14 years and over will from 01.01.2018 have to pay a local tax of € 1.45 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is only payable on departure.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
On arrival, the apartments will be available around 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m. On departure, the apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In case of cancelled reservations the deposit will not be refunded.
